fix: Match keywords at name boundaries

Name forbids a NameContinue after it, so `queryFoo` is one name, not the
keyword `query` followed by `Foo`. Keywords were matched as byte
prefixes, which accepted queryFoo, fragmentFoo and onType, and required
whitespace after `on` where any name boundary will do.
