[npm] Align @valkyrjaio/valkyrja and @valkyrjaio/sindri to ^26.2.0 (#70)

# Description

Aligns the starter app's declared dependency ranges with the current
`@valkyrjaio/valkyrja` and `@valkyrjaio/sindri` **26.2.0** releases (the
terminal
middleware stage rename: HTTP `Terminated` → `ResponseSent`, CLI
`Exited` →
`ProcessExiting`).

The committed `package-lock.json` already resolved both to 26.2.0; only
the
declared ranges in `package.json` (and their lockfile mirror) still read
`^26.1.0`. This bumps both to `^26.2.0` so the manifest matches the two
libraries. No application code changes — the starter app does not
reference the
renamed terminal middleware stages, so nothing else needed updating.

Interim manual fix: a separate change to the reusable workflows in the
`.github`
repo will prevent this manifest/lockfile drift from recurring.

## Changes

- **`package.json`** — `@valkyrjaio/valkyrja` `^26.1.0` → `^26.2.0`

(devDependencies).
- **`package-lock.json`** — mirrored the two range bumps; resolved
versions were already 26.2.0.
