feat(history): aligned timestamps + rich pager header/footer

Address review feedback: today's events previously showed only HH:MM
while older events showed a date, leaving the timestamp column ragged
and labels misaligned. Every timestamp is now padded to a fixed width
(MM/DD HH:MM this year, YYYY-MM-DD older, ? placeholder), so the event
column lines up vertically regardless of an event's age.

The pager was also too sparse. It now ships a full information layout:

- title line: robot name, event count, and the spanned date range
- meta line: compact event-type breakdown (e.g. "5 clean · 3 cat visits")
- column header: pinned TIME/EVENT row aligned with the data
- footer: navigation (↑/↓, PgUp/PgDn, Home/End) and close hints (q · Esc · Enter)

HistoryScreen now takes the raw acts (plus pets + robot_name) so it can
compute the summary and date range itself; format_history_rows stays
pure and is reused by the scroll body. mypy-clean typing via isinstance
narrowing in _localize and a walrus filter in _date_range.
