release: edikt 0.2.6, edikt-core 0.3.1 (#65)

Hyphenated bare keys now parse wherever they cannot be arithmetic: on an
assignment target (#62) and as an object key (#64). Both are purely
additive, since every expression they accept previously failed.

edikt-core carries the parser change and gets a patch bump, matching how
this repo has versioned features before (#59 shipped as 0.2.5). The
workspace pin moves to 0.3.1 so the published binary requires a core
that has the fix rather than merely allowing one. The other format
crates are untouched and stay put; the publish action skips versions
already on crates.io.
