test: raise coverage to ~90% (tests only) (#20)

Lift Reconcile's line coverage from ~60% to ~90% without touching any
production code.

- phpunit.xml: exclude src/Admin (WordPress render/callback glue) from
  the coverage denominator, matching Reach/Integrity.
- tests/bootstrap.php: add the WP stubs the newly-tested paths need —
  is_admin / add_action / add_menu_page / add_submenu_page, a WP_Error
  class plus wp_insert_post/wp_update_post/update_post_meta that can be
  forced to fail (WP_Error, throw, or captured PHP warning), and
  wp_log/sanitize_key so the HasLogger trait resolves.
- New + extended tests, all against existing seams:
  - Plugin: the Unity-container accessors (null / resolve / exception
    paths), registerServices/registerHandlers wiring, the availability
    probes, and admin menu registration — the class went 0% → ~99%.
  - The three importers' persist-path failure branches: save returns
    false, save throws, a captured PHP warning, wp_insert_post/
    wp_update_post returning WP_Error, unreadable file, unresolved
    lookups, the MemberRevisor path, and date-format edges.
  - Import handlers: the result-warnings loop and every upload-error
    message arm.
  - ImportTempDir: MIME mismatch, xlsx accept, and directory hardening.
  - HasLogger, the name→ID lookups' unresolved bookkeeping, and the
    exporters' missing-repository guards.

259 tests green; PHPStan clean. Remaining uncovered is the file-download
handlers' header/echo/exit emission, XLSX binary-parser internals and the
temp-dir OS-fallback — code that needs a real WordPress/filesystem runtime
rather than a unit test. CI already uploads Clover to Coveralls.
