* refactor: improve error handling and formatting for resolver and registry errors

- Adds `NewResolverErrorForType` for type-safe error creation.
- Refactors `ForServiceType` implementation to use service type information dynamically.
- Enhances error formatting with `fmt.Formatter` for `ResolverError` and `RegistryError`.

* update: changelog for v1.6.0 changes (#88)
