chore: re-introduce some ClickHouse async config options (#3726)

* adds `good_count` to reduce accumulator tuple so we have a solid count of the batch size right before insert as `batch_info.size` would not be accurate if there are items missing in ETS

* add support for optional async inserts for small batches under a configurable threshold as well as supporting a dedicated async insert cluster for clickhouse

* fix failing test

* ensure the proper port is used if provided in the `async_insert_cluster_url` config

* `test_connection/1` now includes the `async_insert_cluster_url` if async inserts are enabled in config; refactor various clickhouse endpoint/url parsing into dedicated module

* insert error logging now includes the proper destination url; refactoring to clean up the `:async` option

* version bump

* honor explicit port configurations that include 80/443

* move `explicit_port/1` to the bottom of the module
