Rename `AerExecutor` to `SimExecutor` (#3100)

### Summary
Renaming the current `aer_executor` to `sim_executor` and updating
respective names i.e. `AerExecutor` -> `SimExecutor` and `AerRuntimeJob`
-> `SimRuntimeJob`.
