add edge-case tests for fork-specific parsing features (#31)

Cover interactions between ArgumentStyle, NoOptDefVal, Nargs,
OptargDelimiter, and flag Modes (Default/ShorthandOnly/NameAsShorthand)
that weren't exercised by the existing test suite. Also tests
Accepts* helper methods, structured error types, and parsing edge
cases like greedy Nargs stopping at '--' and InvalidSyntaxError for
malformed flags.
