Fix CI: rustfmt drift and a feature-gated rustdoc link

cargo fmt --all normalizes formatting drift introduced by the last batch
across src/running/stream.rs, tests/integration/{pty,shutdown}.rs, and
tests/stress/main.rs. De-link the ShutdownReport reference in
ProcessEvent's rustdoc to a plain backtick mention, since ShutdownReport is
gated behind the process-control feature and the link breaks rustdoc under
--no-default-features.
