Add D-second-wave: empty/single-point mesh cases for _gf_eval_meshes

Lowest-priority second-wave item -- mostly a shape/no-crash robustness check
rather than a correctness oracle, so kept minimal. Two gaps: an empty array
(np.array([])) must still count as "a mesh was requested" (distinct from
None, which triggers the spectral-edge fallback) and must not crash the
subsampling; a single-point mesh is smaller than the subsample budget on
every axis and must survive unchanged per axis while still being shifted in
by every stacked eigenstate, exactly like a larger mesh.
