Drain backend notifications before per-call client close (#5960)

A fire-and-forget backend notification emitted mid tools/call (progress/logging) was dropped when the per-call vMCP backend client closed before draining its standalone SSE stream. Issue a synchronous ping as a drain barrier before Close, when server->client forwarding is bound, so the buffered notification is read and forwarded before teardown. Best-effort and skipped when forwarding is not bound.
