fix: unwrap PathError in Windows probeMount for consistent error type

On Windows, os.Lstat returns *fs.PathError wrapping the syscall errno.
The test uses reflect.DeepEqual to compare against syscall.ENOENT, which
fails because PathError != Errno. Unwrap to the underlying syscall.Errno
so probeMount behaves consistently across platforms (both return bare
errno values).
