docs: correct overclaims flagged in whole-paper review

Addresses the inline findings that concern claims this PR introduced or
directly contradicts. The structural recommendations (reorganization,
citations, 6.5, 10.1, 13) are deliberately not in this commit — see PR
discussion.

- Abstract: still called the resolution interface conformant while 5.5
documents two deviations. Same fix-one-instance-miss-its-twin failure
as the previous round. Now describes the Universal Resolver-style
interface with a pointer to the deviations. Dropped "unprecedented"
and narrowed "zero-cost" to no registry transaction fee.

- 9.3 / 12.1 (P1): "selective disclosure through encrypted
presentations" and "present credentials selectively" described a
property we do not have. The presentation path encrypts the entire
signed credential for the verifier — recipient confidentiality, not
claim-level disclosure. Stated the distinction and pointed at 14.1 as
unimplemented future work, resolving the contradiction with 14.

- 15 (P1): "privacy-preserving voting" materially overstated.
  computePollResults() builds keyToMember[ballotKey] = memberDID,
decrypts every ballot, and spoil is vote: 0, so the organizer can link
choices to voters. Reframed as encrypted ballot collection with
  organizer-visible ballots.

- 15 (P2): "anonymous access" narrowed to censorship-resistant,
location-hiding access, with correlation attacks and application
metadata named as outside the threat model.

- 15 (P2): replaced the production-ready conclusion and its suitability
assurance with implementation status plus an explicit statement of
what this paper does not provide (threat model, security proof,
  conformance matrix, benchmarks).

- 8.9 (P3): recast backend retention from known-defect detail into
durable terms — the bound is a backend property, not a protocol one.

- References: DIDComm entry labeled v2.0 but linked v2.1; label now
matches the target. VC v1.1 ent... (continued)
