feat: describe /api/diag/* sections for openapi (schema literals + meta goldens) (#1026)

- add bb_diag_section_t.schema (nullable hand-authored JSON Schema) and
  bb_diag_section_count()/bb_diag_section_at() registry accessors
- bb_diag_sections_init() now describes every section with a non-NULL
  schema to bb_openapi_emit() via bb_http_register_route_descriptor_only()
  (handler=NULL, describe-only -- never touches the live dispatch table)
- wire hand-authored schemas for meminfo, storage/nvs, storage/partitions,
  rings, wifi, and websocket, each proven byte-faithful against a
  co-located BB_SERIALIZE_META_HOST meta table + golden test
- add an emit-assertion test proving all six /api/diag/<name> paths surface
  in bb_openapi_emit()'s output
