Run one non-slow example per dynamic finder code path (#2077)

The generated PluginVersion/ThemeVersion specs iterate over every slug in
the fixture DB (~35k examples), all tagged as slow so they only run in the
full suite on master. PR checks run with --tag ~slow, so none of these
finder code paths were exercised, which made coveralls report a small
coverage drop on every PR.

Un-tag the first finder of each combination of super class / path /
version_key so exactly one representative of each underlying finder code
path runs on PRs, while the remaining tens of thousands stay slow/master
only. This keeps PR coverage reporting stable (+19 lines / +15 branches
covered in the non-slow suite) without adding any noticeable runtime.
