* chore(release): sync 2.0.0-beta.2 changelogs and @since tags to main

Bring gen2-beta release artifacts onto main, strip Thanks attribution
from the beta.2 changelog entries, and align all 2nd-gen component
@since tags with 2.0.0-beta.2.

* fix(release): revert incorrect bulk @since tag updates

@since records when an API first shipped and must not be bumped on
later releases. Restore existing components to their prior values and
set 2.0.0-beta.2 only on close-button and progress-bar, which first
shipped in this beta.
