Add byte-accurate raw tee sink alongside the decoded line pump

Give a transparent wrapper a way to forward a child's stdout/stderr live
while capturing the exact bytes as read from the pipe, before decoding or
line splitting, so non-UTF-8 output, CRLF, missing trailing newlines, and
lines dropped by the buffer overflow policy all still reach the sink whole.
