fix(clickhouse): Reword recovery snapshot error (#928)

The recovery guard rejects any snapshot that differs from the
interrupted change's target, including snapshots newer than the
target. The error described every mismatch as a stale snapshot,
which misdescribes the newer case. Describe it as a mismatch.
The rejection behavior and error kind are unchanged.
