* Passes state.api to API call

* rename ratingsReducer to ratings

* fixes multi-line import statement

* make a shared postRating() API call

* move shared tests data to a helpers file

* more consistent name for amoApi

* Switched to fieldset buttons instead of radio inputs

* remove version from rating prompt

* Simplify button layout and CSS

* Rename addonID to addonId

* rename versionID to versionId

* switched indentfiers to rating numbers instead of button text
