fix(clients): revert unify + PickFiles button on SendTextPage

Reverted the unify2a disaster. Restored 4 original pages from
dab9e23. Then minimal diff: added PickAndSendFileCommand + File
button to SendTextPage (next to Paste). Deleted SendFilePage
(not needed). MainPage back to 4 columns. MainViewModel: removed
SendFile command.

Also fixed: CA1422 (GetParcelableExtra typed overload on
Android 13+, version-gated), CA1816 (GC.SuppressFinalize in
ShareFileViewModel.Dispose), test collision (newest-first index
swap, GetHistory returns newest at [0]).
