* test: raise unit coverage to 60%

Add unit tests (no production code changes) covering the column mappers,
group/position lookups, all three CSV exporters and their handlers, the
AJAX import handlers, ImportTempDir, the XLSX reader path, OperationResult,
and the Position/Group/Member importer persist and row-validation branches.
Line coverage rises from ~21% to 60%.

Test infrastructure only: bootstrap gains AJAX/admin-post/filesystem WP
stubs and namespace-local upload-builtin overrides so the handler and
temp-dir paths are exercisable without a WordPress runtime.

* test: make ImportTempDir MIME-reject test libmagic-independent

Replace the PNG-content mismatch case (which CI's libmagic sniffed as
application/octet-stream, an accepted CSV type) with a .txt extension whose
allow-list is empty, so the rejection is deterministic across environments.
