Typing: introduce `WidgetLike` abstract base class/protocol

* Support Widget implementation not subclassing `Widget`
* Proper protocol based validation and abstract base usage
* * `focus_position` is not listed since it's raising `IndexError` on attribute access check
* For internal usage to explicit declare required protocols provide `BoxWidget` and `FlowWidget` protocols
* * Limitation: before python 3.12 `Filler` can not be properly typed for `BoxWidget | FlowWidget` usage depends on `height` argument.
