test: cover deployment cancellation edge paths

Close the coverage gaps found while auditing the branch:

- mapWithConcurrency entered with an already-aborted signal rejects
  without starting work
- raceWithSignal propagates an operation failure instead of a
  cancellation
- createAbortContext starts aborted with a typed cancellation when the
  parent signal already disconnected
- trackStage records the plain operational-error outcome
- the deploy handler surfaces after-storage validation failures without
  reaching the entity deployer
- the validator abandons a hung authorization check when the request is
  cancelled
- non-scene entities skip scene persistence via the no-op hook and an
  unresolvable owner rejects before persisting

Brings the new deployment logic to 100% statement coverage and raises
branch coverage across the touched files.
