Commit Message

Fix VDDK TLS cert application and E2E cert validation tests

Apply CA certificates before connecting to vCenter so cert validation
works, and align E2E assertions with standard DV/PVC wait patterns and
importer failure detection instead of expecting a Failed DV phase.
