Measure:  show azimuth in MeasureToolContent too (#3900)

* Add Azimuth in measureToolContent

Additionally to the display at the measurement line in the map as overlay, the angle is displayed in the MeasurementToolContent too.

* change behavior to update measure s-o-s by adding azimuth for every valid geometry (LineString,MultiLineString in geodesic context)

* fix handling of statistics from geodesic geometries
