docs(web-react): make partial-conflict components renderable in docsite preview

Extract each component's demo render tree into a `demo/preview.tsx` exporting a
`Preview` component, slim `demo/index.tsx` to a bootstrap that renders it, and
add a `preview/index.ts` re-export for the docsite. Components:

- Card, Checkbox, Drawer, Dropdown, InputDetails, Navigation, PricingPlan,
  Radio, SegmentedControl, Stack, Toast, Tooltip, File, FileUpload
