Added some stubs for more realistic tests.
We were previously mocking so hard we were letting bugs through that were only being caught by manual testing. Fuck all of that. These generic transformers let me trim down the size of my tests and catch real bugs, and get a more realistic view of what I am expecting from the serializers.
