[ATR-2474] - Add correlationId to sendBatch, expose shouldSend() and optimize subscriptions lookup

- sendBatch: optional per-event correlationId echoed in each output (success/failure/skipped/validation), enabling exact result-to-source correlation; never leaks into the message body
- Add WebhookTrigger.shouldSend() to check subscription before expensive processing (fail-open)
- ClientModel.getSubscriptions: fetch only needed fields and cache webhookSubscriptions as a Set for O(1) lookup
- has-subscription: warn (not info) on unsynced fail-open
- README: document new API + fix preexisting broken examples
