Fixes required for new tmt versions

New versions of tmt isolate the installed packages on the local
host and the environment variables. Therefore, the podman socket
path needs to be set based on the current user and the packages
installed via the tmt plan. Also increasing the timeout for the
coverage collection from 45s to 90s since it takes quite a while
to retrieve it from all 100+ containers.
