chore: drop unverifiable symbols from sdk-compliance.yaml (#1136)

The compliance scanner dumps the public symbol graph with
--minimum-access-level public --skip-synthesized-members, so it can never
see @_spi(Experimental) methods (all of AuthClient+Passkey.swift and the
WebAuthn MFA helpers) or synthesized Codable members (BroadcastJoinConfig's
encode(to:)). Those symbols exist in code but always show up as drift.
Drop them from the matrix; the remaining public symbols already cover
"implemented" for each capability.
