Various enhancements and fixes

* fix: limit application of owl:Thing subject secondary metadata to
  locations indicated by quad's graph
* feature: bin/arche-crawl-meta sorts output by subject by default.
  Can be turned off with --ungroupedOutput
* feature: MetadataVertical supports a new property mapping syntax
  allowing to spread a given metadata property to children of a given
  class - see the updated docs/metadata_formats.md
  * MetadataCrawler can now properly recognized quads using this syntax
    and put them in secondary metadata dataset
