Quick Install ChemShell Code Option (#25)

* Create a widget and corresponding logic for installing a containerised version of ChemShell as an AiiDA code instance

* Add description tag to auto generated AiiDA code instance

* Bug fix: add ipw namespace to VBox

* Expand the container engine options to include docker as a fallback if apptainer isn't available

* Add check for "use_double_quotes" parameter in localhost computer instance which is required for containerised codes

* Update documentation with quick code setup details

* Update internal reference in docs
