feat(clients): text transfer UI for Android and Tray (Phase 1)

Client.Core: ITransferServiceClient + TransferServiceClient.
ManagedDevice gains Transfer property. DeviceFactory wires it.

Android: SendTextCommand on MainViewModel uses
DisplayPromptAsync (single-line, 10k char cap). Send button
(4th column) on each device card.

Tray: FilesViewModel subscribes to TransferController.
TransferReceived, marshals to UI thread via Dispatcher.
BeginInvoke, adds to history ObservableCollection, auto-copies
to clipboard (toggleable, default on), shows toast. FilesView
shows history with per-item Copy button + empty state + Settings
expander. MainViewModel.Dispose() now disposes FilesViewModel.

ManagedDeviceTests updated for 4th constructor arg.
