fix: tooling batch (B1-1133, B1-1135, B1-926) (#989)

- B1-1133: gitignore .breadboard/ cache dirs (root + examples/*/)
- B1-1135: escape | in generated component README table cells
  (gen_components_readme.py Purpose/description cells, plus the
  pre-existing docs.py deps-table Role cell escaping consolidated
  into a shared header_annot.escape_table_cell() helper); tests added
- B1-926: fix stale Kconfig help text in bb_mdns_cache and
  bb_mqtt_client that claimed self-registration "via bb_init" (the
  walker is deleted); now describes the actual codegen/handwire
  `// bbtool:init` composition path; swept other Kconfig files for
  the same pattern, no other stale references found

B1-871 skipped: the three false LCOV_EXCL reasons it names were
already fixed (test added + exclusion deleted) in prior work per the
ticket's own notes; remaining open scope is a baseline/fence ratchet
mechanism, a substantial new feature out of scope for this batch.
