test: raise unit coverage above 60% (#14)

Add unit tests (no production code changes) covering the audit tracker's
view/change/delete/hide and import-export paths, the GDPR audit logger and
repository, the member- and group-field obscurers, PersonalDataFields,
PersonalDataMinder and the HasLogger trait. Line coverage rises from ~37%
to 60%.
