refactor: move bb_display_ssd1306 into components/display/ group (#985)

- relocate components/bb_display_ssd1306/ to components/display/bb_display_ssd1306/ via git mv (leaf identity unchanged, zero fence baseline churn)
- fix the component's CMakeLists.txt SRCS relative path for the extra nesting level (platform/espidf/bb_display_ssd1306/ stays flat -- discovery.py's platform-side scan is one-level only, out of scope for nesting per its own docstring)
- add hand-authored components/display/README.md group prose + regenerate the bbtool:group-index marker region
- regenerate components/README.md (bb_display_ssd1306 row replaced by a display/ group row)
- update examples/smoke/platformio.ini's hardcoded -I include path for the moved component
- fix gen_components_readme.py's _first_prose_line to join a wrapped markdown paragraph before sentence-extraction, instead of truncating at the first physical line (a #984 defect this move was the first caller to exercise); extract the shared first_sentence() helper into header_annot.py and have both docs.py's deps-table Role cell and gen_components_readme.py's Purpose cell call it
- NOTE: first-sentence extraction now applies uniformly to every README-fallback Purpose cell in components/README.md, not just wrapped ones -- this shortens bb_attrs/bb_filter (drops their second "Reach for it when..." sentence) while completing bb_meminfo (previously truncated by the same #984 defect)
