feat: add public emit() method to EventManager (#11)

Enables external input sources to inject events into the mjolnir
event pipeline. This allows custom input devices (hand tracking,
game controllers, WebXR, etc.) to emit events that flow through
the standard EventRegistrar dispatch system — the same path used
by built-in inputs like WheelInput and KeyInput.
