feat: add AV1 to the LOC packaging path

Include AV1 in the LOC msf/clear catalog and publish path (previously
CMSF-only).

- media.go: AV1Data detects whether keyframe samples already embed the
  sequence header OBU (SVT-AV1/ffmpeg do). GenLOCVideoConfig returns nil
  when self-contained, else the sequence header OBU to prepend — so the
  LOC serve loop stays codec-agnostic and works for other muxers.
- asset.go: GenLOCCatalogEntry accepts AV1 (codec stays av01, no avc3/hev1
  rewrite) and sets width/height; calcLOCBitrate accounts for AV1.
- pub.go: PublishLOCTrack sets AV1 videoConfig via GenLOCVideoConfig.
- loc_test.go: LOC catalog now 13 tracks; allow av01; new
  TestAV1LOCSelfContained asserts keyframes are self-contained.

Verified the per-object LOC payloads reassemble into a byte-identical copy
of ffmpeg's canonical AV1 elementary stream and decode cleanly (dav1d, 250
frames).
