build: require mp4ff v0.54.0 for the AV1 API

The AV1 support uses mp4ff's SequenceHeader and SetAV1Descriptor, added
after the previously pinned pseudo-version. The go.work workspace masked
this locally by resolving mp4ff to v0.54.0 via MVS, but CI builds the
module standalone (GOWORK='') and failed to compile. Pin v0.54.0 directly.
