* chore: add Jira automation workflows from apix-action

* ci: trust coveralls homebrew tap on macOS

Homebrew 6 blocks untrusted third-party taps, breaking the coveralls
action's macOS install. Trust the tap before uploading coverage.
Workaround for coverallsapp/github-action#264.
