fix(vue-vuetify): resolve TS7056 and TS4023 serialization errors (#2604)

- Exported `AdditionalPropertyType` interface in `AdditionalProperties.vue`.
- Added explicit type assertion `as DefineComponent<any, any, any>` to
  `defineComponent` calls in four component files.
- Ensures the TypeScript compiler correctly generates `.d.ts` definitions
  without breaching maximum serialization depth limits during `pnpm build`.
