(fea) strict CamelCase for types/classes (#22)

* [Spec Kit] Add specification for CamelCase node class names

Establishes CamelCase as the canonical convention for node class/type
names across the built-in schema, arc init, arc lint, and arc apply,
replacing the current inconsistent mixed-case handling where the patch
parser silently lowercases H1 headings.

* [Spec Kit] Add implementation plan for CamelCase node class names

Plans renaming the built-in schema's four content types to CamelCase,
adding a casing gate to arc apply's patch H1/@type parsing, and a new
arc lint RuleTypeCase violation, while keeping the graph's on-disk
directory layout unchanged.

* [Spec Kit] Add task list for CamelCase node class names

Organizes the built-in type rename and its consistency propagation as
shared Foundational Infrastructure, then implementation tasks per user
story: the arc apply casing gate, arc init verification, and the new
arc lint RuleTypeCase rule.

* (fea) Strict CameCase for class definitions
