README: fix stale SVML-compatibility claims after NEWA's format diverged (#23)

"Compiling your own programs" told users to compile test programs with
js-slang's SVML compiler, claiming PVML is byte-for-byte identical to SVML.
That stopped being true once NEWA (array/list-literal construction) gained
a size operand to support Python's strict, non-auto-growing list
subscript-assignment rules (py-slang#299, landed in #22) -- any program
compiled the old way that builds an array/list literal now desyncs Pynter's
bytecode decoding instead of running correctly. Point users at py-slang's
own PVML compiler (via its repl CLI) instead, and note the old SVML tooling
still works for simple Source programs with no array/list literal, but
shouldn't be relied on more generally. Also fixes the opening paragraph's
"unmodified copies of Sinter/SVML" framing, which contradicted its own
later "where PVML has started to diverge" aside.
