* style(docs): rephrase flattened em-dashes as real punctuation

63 fixes in CLAUDE.md, ROADMAP.md, and the comments design doc: ` - `
hyphen-as-dash replaced with commas, colons, semicolons, or parentheticals.
Inline `-i`/`-o` flags and `->` arrows preserved. Prose only; the source
doc-comments follow in this branch.

162 fixes across every crate's doc comments and code comments: ` - `
hyphen-as-dash replaced with colons, commas, semicolons, or parentheticals.
Deliberately untouched (exact-string matching guarantees this): YAML
test-data strings ("xs:\n  - 1\n"), edikt-DSL expressions ("3 - 1",
".a - 1 = 2"), sample TOML/INI strings, literal `-` markers, `-i`/`-o`
flags, and arithmetic. Full workspace test suite (482 tests) passes, fmt clean.
