Commit Message

style: rephrase flattened em-dashes as real punctuation

Replace ` - ` hyphen-as-dash in the scope.rs and lib.rs doc comments with
colons and parentheticals. Changelog date lines, doc-comment list bullets,
and `now - ts` arithmetic left untouched (not dashes). No behavior change.
