* feat(move-types): mirror the new package-metadata types and bump the pinned iota rev

Upstream restructured package metadata: a new 0x2::module_metadata module
(ModuleMetadata, ModuleMetadataKey, ViewFunctionMetadataV1FieldName) and new
dynamic-field name types in 0x2::package_metadata. Existing struct layouts
are unchanged; modules_metadata and ModuleMetadataV1 are deprecated upstream.
