Remove unused JS from core package (#2905)

This PR primarily removes now unused JavaScript from the core package. With recent refactors of the modal, drawer, and popover components, all the JavaScript that core was maintaining is no longer needed or used. This PR removes these files and refactors documentation usage of the Collections class to a native custom element approach. This includes the Tabs and ReferenceTable docs components.

**Additional changes**

- Removes documentation files for deprecated core JavaScript.
- Restructured the Sass core documentation.
