fix: image thumbnail performance refactor

- Unified 128px/400px decoding through ThumbnailSpec, with embedded JPEG previews restricted to standard thumbnails.

- Added shared TIFF sampling planning, reduced-IFD selection, unique strip/chunk decoding, direct output writes, and cancellation checks.

- Migrated cache v2 to lossless QOI.

- Added a bounded, non-blocking writer queue with batched manifest flushes and corrupt-cache regeneration.

- Replaced timing fields with indexed ThumbnailStage statistics.

- Expanded Criterion coverage for 12–48MP TIFFs, LZW/Deflate, cache encode/write, mixed folders, queueing, and cancellation.

- Added regression tests for QOI, cache saturation, manifest batching, TIFF behavior, hover quality, priorities, and cancellation.
