Fixes after deployment testing:

* Resource::parseRequestUri():
  * handle info.json request correctly
  * handle id with protocol prefix shortened to a single / (e.g.
    https:/)
* Resource::getImage() assure cache directory for the to-be-created file
  exists
* build/config/arche.yaml - add missing config properties and minor
  cleanups
